Phyl has been baking for over 25 years and learned her trade from a talented baker schooled in Germany. She was introduced to cake decorating by one of the first female graduates of Johnson and Wales Culinary school.
Her career branched out to representing wholesale baking ingredient manufacturers, working mainly with grocery and restaurant chains teaching employees how to mass produce "fresh baked" goods.
Phyl realized there was a class of shoppers who wanted something better. People looking for truly fresh baked goodies that are worth the "weight".
